Crossing the Bar by Linda Cracknell

Linda Cracknell (Crossing the Bar) lives in Highland Perthshire and is a writer for whom place, memory and motion are important. Her non-fiction was most recently published in book form in Doubling Back: ten paths trodden in memory (Freight, 2014), a BBC Radio 4 Book of the Week in which she retraces memories underfoot. She has also published four works of fiction and had a number of radio plays produced. Nearly City by Ashley Hickson-Lovence

Ashley Hickson-Lovence (Nearly City) is a writer and educator from Hackney, currently based in Norwich. While working as a secondary school English teacher, he completed his MA in Creative Writing and Publishing and is currently completing his PhD in Creative and Critical Writing at the University of East Anglia. His debut novel The 392 was released with OWN IT! in April 2019. His second novel Your Show, a novelisation of the early life and career of former Premier League football referee Uriah Rennie, is to be released with Faber in Spring 2022.

At the Ambassadors by George Szirtes

George Szirtes (At the Ambassadors, In Conversation with) was born in Hungary in 1948. His first book, The Slant Door (1979) won the Faber Prize. He has published many since then, Reel (2004) winning the T.S. Eliot Prize, for which he has been twice shortlisted since. His memoir, The Photographer at Sixteen, was published in February 2019.

Hogiau Pen Garret by Peter Goulding

Peter Goulding (Hogiau Pen Garret) is a climber and writer from the North of England. He has spent most of his working life in kitchens, pubs and on building sites. He now lives in rural Norfolk. He is working on Slatehead, a history and memoir of the North Wales climbing scene.
